FAQ

1) Do I need to register before placing an order?

Registration is required to place an order, being a member will save your time for future purchases.

 

2) How do I register?

3) How do I change my account information?

Log in to your account, and you will be able to edit your account information on your account overview page.

 

4) I lost my password. What should I do?

Click here, fill in your e-mail and date of birth, then a new password will be sent to your e-mail.

 

5) How do I pay for my order?

We accept 2 payment methods: Credit Card / Bank Transfer. If you select 'Credit Card', payment will be finalized immediately. If you select 'Bank Transfer', you will have to transfer within 48 hours to the bank account provided on the checkout page, or in the order confirmation email.

 

6) Do I need to confirm my payment?

Yes, but only if you pay using bank transfer method. Make sure to enter your Account number and Full Name when filling up the confirm payment form to speed up the up the processing time.

Payment by credit card does not require any further payment confirmation.

 

7) Do You offer delivery services outside Jakarta, Bekasi and Tangerang areas?

Currently we don’t provide delivery services outside Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang, but probably we’ll have that option sometime in the future. 

 

8) How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?

Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

10) Where can I shop for TALENTA items offline?

Our office is located at Rukan Artha Gading Niaga blok I no 8-10, Kelapa gading, North Jakarta, 14240.

 

11) Do you offer EXPRESS delivery services (e.g. GOJEK)?

Yes we do. Delivery by GOJEK SAME DAY is available for purchases BELOW 7kgs and within Jakarta area. However, customers are required to order their own GOJEK for instant delivery since the delivery cost depends on the location.  As for same-day delivery, we will help you to order the GOJEK. Same-day GOJEK costs Rp 20,000 and will take around 4-6 hours of delivery.
