Delivery

1. Delivery services are free of charge for purchases Rp 5,000,000 (5 million rupiah) and above, within Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang areas. 

2. Delivery services are applicable for purchases under Rp 5,000,000 (5 million rupiah), within Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang areas. Another option is to collect the goods at TALENTA office - Rukan Artha Gading Niaga blok I no 8-10, Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta.

3. Delivery by GOJEK SAME DAY is avialable for purchases BELOW 7Kgs and within JAKARTA area. 

4. Customers need to order their own GOJEK for instant delivery since the delivery cost depends on location. As for same-day delivery, we will help you to order. Same-day GOJEK cost Rp 20,000 and will take around 4-6 hours of delivery.

5. Delivery time for material is 1-3 working days, after payment has been received.

6. Delivery time for equipment is 7 working days, after payment has been received.

General

1. There are no refunds or exchange for every item.

2. All prices include 10% tax.

3. Payment can be done using BCA transfer payment, as well as VISA & MASTERCARD credit card.
